Prerna is Head of Onboarding and Operations at ClearBank, responsible for delivering a smooth experience across the customer lifecycle. She also leads product development and delivery for the onboarding, servicing and operational domains.

Prerna joined ClearBank shortly after its launch in 2016, prior to which she was Head of Payment Operations at Metro Bank, driving excellence across the bank’s entire payment journey, from process refinement to product delivery. Before Metro, Prerna worked at Capital One where she delivered numerous transformational projects and traversed various countries.
